Sports Specific Techniques: -

The art of reading the opposition's team or competitor's Body Language.is your greatest asset and many athletes don't give this technique a look in, it's a weapon I have used to achieve my goals in my career. The ARU and NRL, are some of my fovourite sports, Full Body Contact and Take-Downs are a specialty, What To Do, on the attack and the concept on Defending your line orThrowing your man down at the same time Protecting yourself. The Laws, Science and Displine behind; take-downs, Tackles and Bio-Mechanics notwithstanding the Art of the How To be successful at it. The world of wrestling or grappling comes under that umbrella, how to Apply Holds and Counter Holds such as Submission Techniques. Knowing this special Technique Mindset will be most "Beneficial" to all who take part in it, once you tasted it. I believe you have reached a point of no return. I have specifically outlinded in bold the importance of this programme.

Fitness/ Strength & Wellbeing

The art of staying fit, strong and wellbeing is not all that hard when your disciplined. I love the gym and I have been going to them as far back since the 70s at Paul Graham's Gym at Mascot. It's a natural high you get at working out at the gym. Properly warming up and then moving up a kilo to two, works very well for me. Two body parts at a time works even better, your body rest's and getting that pump,no less than three times a week prevents injury to the body. May I advise you to ask a qualified trainer and your local GP to assess you before starting building your body up; there's a right way building your body and there's a wrong way. There's diffrent ways of building up muscle and strength or both muscles and strength. I have seen massive men but coud'nt move or lift, yet some I've met much smaller in size and they were strong as an OX, there is a techinique about building your body and it does'nt have to be lifting massive weights either.

Many times we are tempted to eat the thing's that are not good for you, what does that mean; is it we eat rubbish or do we eat too much of the fatty stuff like 2-3 hamburgers with large fried chips then wash it down with a large soft drink; or instead of having one hamburger (grilled) meat pattie with small fries than wash it down with a bottle of water. Q: which is more unhealthy for you, having a pizza with all the meats with all the sauceses or having a vegatarian pizza with little cheese. This discussion I had with my dtetitian and nutritionist she said in moderation every one can and will lose weight with a combination of exersise! and more exersise!. I look at this way I have one hamburger I walk for a full hour at speed; two hamburges 2 full hours walking at speed and belive me you will change your ways of food intake.
